We got this seasoning from a Master Chef in Iowa because no one knows pork like an Iowan. Iowa Chop Rub is an incredible seasoning and when you cook with this blend you’ll notice several flavors mingling with your taste buds. Ti has a hint of sweetness, a bit of tanginess and several unique spices that give it a different flavor from most pork seasoning. Try Iowa Chop Rub on other meats and vegetables, too.
Ingredients: Flake salt, pepper (black and white), sugar, lemon peel, garlic, onion, bell pepper flakes, coriander, paprika, fennel and bay leaf. Silicon dioxide added to prevent clumping. Absolutely NO MSG.
